Many toddlers can be very picky when it comes to introducing new foods into their diet – but new research shows there’s a trick around this!

While you should respect your toddler’s likes and dislikes when it comes to food, and always encourage them to try new things (at least one bite!) research has shown that it can take up to 10-20 times of trying a new food for your child to like it.

So be patient and keep trying to introduce those veggies – in a few weeks time you may find your child asking for them!
