Pregnant women are nervous about how hard it will be for them to lose the weight after they give birth, but there are some simple takes that each woman can take post-pregnancy to get the weight off safely.

Keep in mind that while there are many celebrities who give birth and publicly lose the weight quickly, they have the best of the best trainers and they are paid for the way their bodies look. They may not be losing the weight as safely as possible, something that we are able to do because we are not in the public eye every day.

Below are a list of ways to loose the weight post-pregnancy:

– Drink lots of water
– Exercise: walking is one of the best ways to lose weight, and now that you have the baby carriage to push there’s no reason not to get some fresh air with your baby! However, be sure to avoid strenuous exercise for at least 6 weeks after you give birth.
– Eat a healthy diet of fruits, veggies, carbohydrates and low fat proteins.
