Many women are concerned about the weight they gained after they give birth, but it can be a daunting task to lose that weight.

First tip, take it easy! You have a new baby! Don’t kill yourself trying to loose the weight, you’ll loose weight soon enough just taking care of your little guy or girl.

Second tip, be sure to eat healthy. The same type of healthy you ate like when you were pregnant. Eat plenty of protein, fruit and vegetables. The more of these types of food you eat the more you will fill full, but it won’t be a ton of calories so no worries!

Also make sure to stay very well hydrated. Lots of water, fruit juices and healthy shakes.

And be sure to add in plenty of exercising – you have to push that stroller around anyway you know!
